The Beaver Colony take part in a variety of activities which cover all the different elements of the awards they can achieve. The activities each week can include crafts, games, visits, cooking, and community events but best of all we have FUN.

Beavers can work towards receiving the following awards during their time with the Colony.

• 24 Activity Badges - some of these can be completed at home
• 16 Staged Activity Badges
• 6 Challenge Awards
• Joining In Awards
• Leadership Stripes
• Chief Scouts Bronze Award
• Moving On Award

Beavers work towards the 6 Challenge Award badges during the weekly sessions. These badges are :-

• My Outdoors
• My Skills
• My World
• My Adventure
• Teamwork Award
• Personal Challenge

When Beavers have completed all 6 Challenge badges they are then presented with the Chief Scouts Bronze Award
